ATS Scientific Productsisexpanding our team and have immediate opening for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate in our Warminster, PA location!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter invoices into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepares AP payments wires ACHs checks
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Answers all vendor inquiries by phone or email
- Prepares analysis of accounts as needed
- Assists in the monthly close process including reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Develop good relationships with vendors
- Work with purchasing to straighten out discrepancies in the 3 way match process
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience required
- 3-5 years accounts payable or related work experience required
- Previous experience with accounting software systems required
- Must have a general knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices

- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
